Shipping Policies in details

• At present we are providing the delivery facility to only a few limited states as we don't want to extend the shipment duration. We have currently focused our services to:
• Tamil Nadu
• Kerala
• Karnataka
• Andhra Pradesh
• Telengana
• Fishes will be put through a quaratine process of 2 or 3 days after the order is confirmed to prepare them for the shipment and the shipping will be made on Mondays and Thursdays. for eg, if an order is done by a customer on Monday upto Wednesday, the shipping will be attempted on next Monday and if the order is placed on Thursday upto Sunday, they will be shipped on next week Thursday. The probable shipping date will also be declared at the checkout section of your account. We expect your kind understanding and patience in this regards.
• Everything will be kept transparent with the customers regarding the shipping. We follow a strict system of keeping track of each and every aspect of the shipment. First of, when the fish or any other product is ready for shipment we will share the picture over whatsapp to customer, as well as the picture of the package with customer's address on top, so any confusions could be avoided.
• While we strive to keep stocks available for all the items, but at times due to some reasons some items may be out of stock, we would appreciate your patience and kind understanding over this

Shipping Charges

The Shipping cost includes the packaging material charges and handling charges as well.

Free Shipping for all orders of total product cost value over Rs. 1,000. This will be automatically calculated at the checkout section.
